Wir suchen einen begeisterten Gamer der als International Community Manager als zentraler Ansprechpartner und Manager für sämtliche Deep Silver Foren agiert. Foren, Communities und Social Networks bilden einen wichtigen Teil unserer Vermarktungsstrategie.
In Ihrer neuen Rolle interagieren sehr stark mit unserem PR Team, Brand Manager, Support und unseren internationalen Niederlassungen.
ZUSTÄNDIGKEITEN
• Erstellen und Umsetzen von on-/offline Community-Management-Strategien
• Identifizieren und involvieren von Meinungsführern zu unseren wichtigsten Projekten oder Themen
• Verwalten von Moderatoren und Administratoren
• Lesen und beantworten von Postings im Forum
• Untersuchen der offenen Themen mit anderen Teams im Deep Silver Headquarter
• Verfassen und regelmäßige interne Präsentation von Feedback-Berichten
• Proaktives eskalieren von Fragen und Beobachtungen
• Verstehen von aktuellen Social Media Tools und Best Practices
• Wettbewerbsanalysen anderer Spiele-Publisher
ANFORDERUNGEN
• Leidenschaft für Spiele aller Genres
• Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Englisch
• Starke Kunden-Service-Fähigkeiten und eine professionelle Einstellung

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an enthusiastic gamers who acts as the International Community Manager as the central contact and manager for all Deep Silver forums. Forums, communities and social networks are an important part of our marketing strategy.
In her new role, interact very strongly with our PR team, Brand Manager, Support and our international offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and relaying of on-/offline community management strategies
• Identifying and involving opinion leaders of our most important projects or issues
• Manage moderators and administrators
• Read and reply to posts in the forum
• Investigating open topics with other teams in the Deep Silver Head Quarter
• Write and internal presentation of regular feedback reports
• Proactively escalate issues and observations
• Understanding of current social media tools and Best Practices
• Competitive analysis of other game publishers
REQUIREMENTS
• Passion for games of all genres
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
• Consistent and reliable follow-up on open issues in the forums
• Ability to strategically plan and prioritize
• Experience as a moderator is a plus
OTHER
• Knowledge of other European languages are an advantage
